20 years ago I set up Disco Gecko Recordings as I was disappointed by the support I was getting from record labels and wanted a bit more control over my output. Originally the plan was to also release other artists, but, as you probably know, this took a long while to come about.

Amongst the many things planned to celebrate the last 20 years, I’ve decided to offer a special deal on the label’s back catalogue of any 5 discs for £20 + p&p. You can pick any title from the list at discogecko.com/product/20th-anniversary-bundle/ with most of our releases being classified as a single disc, and only the special editions classified as 2 or more.

I have made two more radio shows for Glastonbury FM since my last mesaage, both of which are now up on Mixcloud and, should you wish to hear tracks from previous shows in full without me talking, I’ve started adding them to a playlist on Spotify.

Gigwise, I’m playing as Banco de Gaia at Extreme Chill Festival, in Reykjavík on Saturday September 8th and as Toby Marks with Andrew Heath on Sunday September 9th. I then have a couple more solo ambient gigs as Toby Marks coming up too, both with Andrew Heath and visual artist Patrick Dunn: in London on Friday 21st September at The Old Church in Stoke Newington and then in Exeter on Sunday 4th November at The Voodoo Lounge. Ticket links for all these shows are at the bottom of the email.

Finally, to keep up to date with what’s going on with me and Disco Gecko, please follow my Spotify playlist.

Cheers
Toby
