I’m very pleased to say I have news for you about new music and gigs.

Early last year I received an intriguing email from Ian Urbina of the New York Times, asking me to be part of his Outlaw Ocean project. Ian has spent the last few years exploring what goes on on the high seas, in international waters beyond the reach of national laws. It is fascinating and harrowing at times, revealing a dark side to human interactions with the ocean – you can find out more about the wider project at theoutlawocean.com.

Of course I said yes, and last week my contribution was released, the two-track single ‘Pirates and Princes’, which you can hear at Bandcamp or the others via https://lnk.to/PiratesAndPrinces – Please note that due to complications with this initiative, this release has been taken down.

In other news, I’m finally playing some gigs soon (yes, real live gigs!):
July 24th Bethesda, Wales w/Transglobal Underground Sound System – TICKETS
August 20th Electric Brixton, London w/ Zion Train & Eat Static – TICKETS
August 21st Trades Club, Hebden Bridge w/ dr trippy – TICKETS
August 27th Maui Waui Festival, nr Dereham, Norfolk – TICKETS
August 28th Fiddlers, Bristol w/ Zion Train & Eat Static – TICKETS

I look forward to seeing some of you on the dancefloor then

Cheers,
Toby
